EKSTREM SPOR TÜKETİM ÖLÇEĞİNİN GELİŞTİRİLMESİ VE PSİKOMETRİK ÖZELLİKLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Özet


Bu araştırmanın amacı, ekstrem spor tüketim ölçeğinin geçerliğini ve güvenirliği kanıtlamaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda ilgili literatürün incelenmesi ve araştırma kapsamında gerçekleştirilen odak grup çalışması sonucunda elde edilen ekstrem spora katılım boyutları ölçek kapsamına dahil edilerek ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılmıştır. Ölçek, Türkiye’nin belirli illerindeki ekstrem spor tesislerinden yararlanan ve kolayda örneklemi yöntemi ile seçilmiş olan bireyler üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Ölçeğin içerik geçerliği (uzman görüşü), yakınsak geçerliği (en düşük faktör yük değeri 0,363 en yüksek 0,819), ayrışma/dış geçerliği (tüm faktörlerde pozitif yönde düşük ve orta düzeyde ilişki) ve yapı geçerliği (8 faktörlü ve 38 maddeli) sınamaları yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirliği ile ilgili ise iç tutarlılık katsayısı olan Cronbach Alpha’dan (0,890) analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Açıklayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda karar verilen sekiz boyutlu yapının doğruluğunun sınanması amacıyla doğrulayıcı faktör analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda Ekstrem Spor Tüketim Ölçeği (ESTÖ)’nin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu ve dolayısıyla araştırmanın amacına ulaşıldığı sonucuna varılmıştır.
